Vertical Canned Motor Pump

Precision Vertical Canned Motor Pumps are designed for applications where vertical installation is required, often due to space constraints or specific piping layouts. These pumps are an extension of our proven sealless canned motor pump technology, developed with technical expertise from Nikkiso Co., Ltd., Japan.

In a Vertical Canned Motor Pump, the motor and pump are integrated into a single, hermetically sealed vertical unit. The entire rotating assembly is immersed in the process liquid, eliminating the need for mechanical seals. The design ensures leak-free performance and reliable operation in demanding environments.

Vertical Canned Motor Pumps from Precision Sealless Pump offer high reliability, zero leakage, and efficient performance tailored for vertical process applications across diverse industries.

Vertical canned motor pumps are preferred for all liquids containing gas or vapours. The gas or vapour settled in the pumps must find there way out even when the pump is stopped . The heat in the motor is often high enough to vaporize all the liquid in the pump and the vapour may occupy all the space in the pump & motor . This will cause quick bearing wear on sestart of the pump, precision vertical canned pump avoids this by ensuring gas venting at the top of pump . The vertical construction also minimizes radial on bearings by transferring load to axial direction and then floating the entire rooter via hydraulic thrust balancing .

Our Vertical Canned Motor Pump is designed for high-efficiency, leak-proof operation in various industrial applications. With a compact vertical configuration, this pump is ideal for space-constrained environments while ensuring maximum reliability and performance.
